What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How do I start a return?

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What are the approximate shipping times for orders within the USA?

Approximate shipping time for the USA is 3 to 8 business days. A tracking system is available for these orders.

How long does order processing take?

Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed, which includes checking, packing, and forwarding to logistics. Processing time is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.
